Rohingya denied accepting #NVC as it is for only newly citizenship applicants.Rohingyas are aborigines of ArakanST, forcing to apply for 2nd and 3rd class citizenship as Bengali, intruded into Myanmar in British colonial era and after 1948, independent of Burma.
It is a pre-planned and systematic long term project of Myanmar's BSPP to be eliminated Rohingya Muslims by any cost. Rohingya's sister community Rakhine Buddhists are behind as master planners.
