#Myanmar’s #Vice_President U
#MyintSwe led 13-member Inquiry Commission (recently formed by President U
#HtinKyaw) arrived today to #LongDoonVT
in northern #Maungdaw by two helicopters. Then the commission visited to
#NgaKuraVT, #DoeTanVT & #NgaSaKyuVT (#PyaungPaik village). Most of
villagers were expected to meet with commission but Myanmar Troops have barred
them, some of them were met with them but they didn’t hear any positive voice or
any positive attitude from the commission.
Meanwhile:
* #MyanmarArmy in #MaungNamaVT, looted the remained properties of #Rohingyas. These villages become looting point and incoming sources of Myanmar Troops and Rakhine NaTaLa villagers since 09/10/2016, every day conducting raids and plundering. Villagers said "we can watch from distance, our properties are looting but we can say nothing for the fear of killing and arresting as usual".

* #KamalHussein S/O Iman Hussein, 30 years old, from #MrawChaungVT (#MoriKomVT)
was tortured, looted his money & cell phone were seized by #MyanmarTroops at
today (the commission was just left from the village) while he was on the way
to #SinThaePyinVillage of #LongDoonVT to help his sick mother-in-law with some
money for medical treatment when he was tortured & looted.
*The vivtims #Rohingya peoples
of the region are waiting to know “who is going to stop ongoing offenses.” #MirSdq
