fleeing from Rakhine for fear of State run Genocide

Myanmar’s security
forces are systematically forcing Rohingyas to flee to Bangladesh
At least 10 Rohingya
families consisting of 54 members have arrived to Bangladesh from Akyab
(Sittwe), the capital of Arakan (Rakhine) state, Myanmar on Monday, July 30,
2018, according to AT source.
Myanmar government’s security forces are forcing the Rohingyas to flee who are still living in IDP camps and villages inside the conflict torn Rakhine state.
The Rohingyas who
are still living in Rakhine are facing restriction of all sources including
movement, education and medicament. Moreover the NVC is main issue, said “without
NVC can’t move”.
As for Rohingyas,
NVC is the root cause of the ongoing state run ethnic cleansing, crimes against
humanity and genocide along Rakhine state.
These newly arrived
Rohingyas said, “We were not able to earn our livelihood since the government
imposed stringent restriction on our movement in Sittwe for refusing NVC”.
Rohingyas in Sittwe
are totally banned from movement which is forcing the Rohingya flee to
Bangladesh since they have no option to survive in Myanmar.
The 10 families
comprising 54 Rohingya members crossed the Naf-river into Bangladesh by a
rickety boat taking high risk of life as they were compelled by Myanmar
security forces’ systematic persecutions against remaining Rohingyas.
“We have no choice
to live in Myanmar except to flee to Bangladesh since the Myanmar security
forces are conducting various kind systematic persecutions against us in
Myanmar” said a woman.
Now the newly
arrived 54 Rohingya members are temporarily taking shelter in Shalban new
settlement camp in Teknaf.
The UN and world
community are trying to solve the Rohingya issue but Myanmar government is
still driving out the remaining Rohingyas.
"No more hope on government of Myanmar for repatriation of Rohingya refugees, which comprised about 1.1 million, living in risky slums along southern Cox's bazaar of Bangladesh. MoU and other activities are just to show to the world, playing games. Government of Myanmar is not honest." @mir_sidiquee.
