Bags of dead bodies were discovered at the morning time while a Bangladeshi boat was passing through the Island which is at the middle of the river and about at the mouth of Phruma Creek which is running along Tulatoli (Mingyi) and other mostly violence effected villages of northern Maungdaw.

The boat man said in Bangla language that "all these are dead bodies of Rohingyas in bags, Myanmar government has killed the Rohingyas and bagged then thrown into running river".

Some of the bags are torn and feet and hands are come out.

The Naf River is the separator, border river of Myanmar – Bangladesh.

Since August 25, Myanmar Army and other multiple security forces together with local Buddhists were being committed carnage, mass killing in several positions of Maungdaw region, Myanmar side of Naf River, against Rohingya Muslims by the name of clearance operation. Reportedly those dead bodies were from one of those mass killings, possibly Tulatoli carnage.

"Peoples are crying & saying the baby's brain scattered for gun shot, another dead body near the water, one more carrying by a man, quitting from the scenes for Army coming to attack them more."
Tulatoli is at the bank of Phyuma Chaung (locally called Furma Haal) is the branch creek of Naf River.
